Over the past 25 years Deb has been very involved in the community of Richfield. Deb has been involved in parent/teacher support organizations at Sheridan Hills, RIS and Richfield High School. She has also served as an Officer on many Athletic Booster Boards. Deb has also been a member of the Woodlake Church Education Commission, and taught Sunday School.

Deb's Professional Experience
Deb has over 30 years of Corporate Business Management experience, most recently with Delta /Northwest Airlines, learning how to be responsible and effective operating in very tough financial times. Prior to Delta Deb spent 8 years with the Fairview Hospital Systems. Deb also has management experience working with K-Mart Corporation.

I feel that I bring a unique perspective and combination of experiences that very few have. I am a 25 year resident of Richfield and I am also married to a Richfield Teacher and Coach. I have had 2 Children graduate from Richfield HS. I have been involved in parent/teacher support organizations at Sheridan Hills, RIS and Richfield High School. I have served as an Officer on many Athletic Booster Boards. Because of this I have had the chance to see the District from many perspectives.
I have over 30 years of Corporate Business Management experience, with Kmart Corp., Fairview Hospitals and most recently with Delta /Northwest Airlines.
As a top priority, I believe that "Everyone should have their voice heard"
As a school board member, I will work very hard to listen to all stakeholders when making policy decisions about our Richfield schools. I know what it is like when you don't feel you are being heard. Whether you are a student, parent, community member, teacher or school staff member...your voice will be heard! I am here for the kids, and I will always be committed to making decision that are best for the kids!
